Andrew Hersh has a propensity for client relationships, business development, and helping companies expand.

He began his career in recruitment at a leading digital media firm in NYC. Here he developed his extensive experience working with founders, executive teams, and investors. Prior to executive search, Andrew spent 15 years of his sales career in manufacturing, hospitality,  and emerging technology. 

At Hybrid Hire he intends to mesh his industry expertise, passion for innovation, and celebration of community.  Andrew is a natural networker and is known for getting the “Right people in the room”.  Andrew is into climbing, music, and craft beer.
